Return Policy

We accept returns on products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to approval.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
